  • The warranty will be void if the Ugreen Sri Lanka warranty sticker is removed or illegible. Customers must bring the physical purchase invoice to claim the warranty.

2. Warranty Process

  • Processing Time: Warranty claims may take up to 3–10 working days for evaluation and processing.
  • Products must be returned with the original box and all included accessories.

3. Resolution Options for Defective Products

  • Repair: If the issue is minor, we may offer to repair the product.
  • Replacement: In case of a major defect, we will replace the product with a new one.
  • Credit Note: A credit note may be issued for future purchases if a replacement is not possible.

4. Non-Warranty Situations
